Allelon Wellness Policies

• Allelon offers %10 off services for members of the military (past and present).

• Payment is due upon completion of the service. 

• In accordance with HIPPA, confidentiality is utmost priority.  Your personal information will not be shared without the completed and signed release forms.

• Please arrive 5 minutes early for your appointment so you will have time to fill out the necessary paperwork without detracting from your time receiving your booked service.

• When you reach out, I will return your call or message during regular business hour when i am between clients.  Your booked time is for my undivided attention and all clients will receive that same consideration.

• Any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by the client will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment of the scheduled appointment will be required.

Cancellation Policy

Once you have booked  your appointment, it means that I have reserved time exclusively for you.  If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled to occur, you will be subject to a fee of half of the cost of your service.  Please provide a cancellation notice of at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid this fee.

No Call/No Show Appointment

Please understand that my appointment times are limited.  if you 'no call/no show' your appointment, you will be subject to the full cost of your service.  You will also be required to place a 50% deposit for any future service.

Late Show Appointment

In an effort to maintain everyones' daily schedule, all appointments will end at the scheduled time.  If you are late by less than half of the schedules time for your service, you can receive a service that will use the remainder of your booked time and the fee for the service will be based upon time remaining and will be discussed upon your arrival.  If you arrive with less than half the booked time remaining, it will be treated as a cancellation of less then 24 hours and you will be subject to the appropriate fees for the booked service.
